Same product. A site that finally sells it.
A B2B SaaS had outgrown its website: slow pages, inconsistent screens, and a marketing team that needed a developer to change a headline. We rebuilt the whole surface.
The problem
The product had matured; the website hadn't. Pages loaded slowly, every screen looked like a different company built it, and small copy changes sat in the dev backlog for weeks. Prospects noticed — and so did search rankings.
What we built
First, a design system: one set of type, color, and components shared by the marketing site and the product dashboard, so the brand finally matched itself. Then a rebuilt site on a modern stack with a CMS the marketing team runs solo — publish, test, and change anything without filing a ticket.
Performance was a requirement, not a hope: we budgeted page weight up front, measured on every deploy, and shipped at 0.6s loads with green Core Web Vitals across the board.
The outcome
A faster site that ranks better, a dashboard that feels like the same product as the homepage, and a marketing team that ships its own changes daily. The dev team got their backlog back.
